Challenge

The challenge was to create a mobile app for hotel guests that would streamline the check-in process and improve their overall experience.

Approach

The team at Design People approached this challenge by conducting research and gathering feedback from hotel guests to determine their needs and preferences. They then designed and developed a user-friendly app that incorporated these insights.

Result

The AeroGuest app received positive feedback from hotel guests using the platform. The app improved the check-in process and overall experience for hotel guests, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

“A customer journey workshop with a client hotel was the starting point for our collaboration.”

Here we updated the picture of what matters for different hotel guest profiles – like tourists and professionals. Also, the key benefits for the hotel were negotiated with the hotel staff.

These inputs were used to prioritize AeroGuests service offerings and to design the App and back-end software in a more appealing and user-friendly way.

User testing in different hotels gave more insight that helped design-people meet the demands of the target groups.

Since these early days of our collaboration, the key figures for onboarding hotels and users to the AeroGuest platform have climbed up. Which allowed multiple investment rounds to ensure a rapid growth path for AeroGuest with sales activities all over the world.
