Linak

The app that supports healthy work habits.

Challenge

Redesign of the LINAK Desk control app to better suit users and expand behaviours towards a healthier lifestyle. Improve connection, statistics and notifications.

Approach

Working with LINAK with a one-day introductory workshop, to better understand the user journey and how to ensure an experience that suits the users. An iterative approach through wireframes cleared the way for development.

Result

Delivered a core concept for LINAK, ensuring a clear guide to connecting your new desk. Notification design to help the user rise and supported by visual statistics for motivating progress.

Understanding the user journey to improve the user's lifestyle.

LINAK has already conducted user studies. It was our challenge to understand it and make it a winning experience. In a wireframing session, we wanted to quickly work out the user flow to test and validate it. This was essential for a precise design of the user interface and a smooth and clear handover to the developers.
